WHO WE ARE?

Progress Welfare Organization (PWO) is a non-governmental organization (NGO) that has been actively working since 1992 to uplift marginalized communities and improve their quality of life. The organization is dedicated to creating positive and sustainable changes in the lives of the underprivileged by focusing on education, basic health facilities, and women and youth empowerment. Education is a key focus area for PWO. The organization believes in the power of education to break the cycle of poverty and enable individuals to lead better lives.Through various initiatives, PWO strives to provide access to English language learning opportunities for teens, undergraduates, and adults in marginalized communities, equipping

knowledge and skills to enhance their opportunities for the future. The organization understands the importance of good health in overall well-being and aims to provide basic healthcare services to those who lack access to proper medical facilities. PWO conducts health awareness programs, medical camps, and works on improving healthcare infrastructure in the areas it serves. Empowering women and youth is a core principle of PWO’s approach. PWO recognizes the potential of women and young people to bring about positive changes in their communities. Through training, capacity building, and support, Progress aims to empower women to

become self-sufficient and active contributors to society.
